- 3 cups of rain water
- 1 cup of hydrogen peroxide
- 1 cup of isopropyl alcohol
- 3 table spoons soda
- 2 ounces vinegar
First mix rain water with soda and vinegar. The reaction will give up bubbles. Then add the rest and let it cool. Use this electrolyte in your HHO Cell.
