Baking Soda, sodium bicarbonate or sodium hydrogen carbonate is the chemical compound with the formula NaHCO3. Above 60 celsius degree (140F), it gradually decomposes into sodium carbonate, water and carbon dioxide. The conversion is fast at 200 Celsius degree (392F)
